Standard making time is 2-5 days after payment confirmation. During peak or popular seasons, making time may take longer. Next-day orders may be accepted, subject to availability and confirmation by us. Please contact us in advance for urgent requests. For Jellycat products, dispatch time depends on their availability; additional time may be required as these items need to arrive at our location before being sent out.

All items are carefully and securely packaged, with cable ties used to keep everything in place and reduce movement during delivery. We do our very best to protect your bouquet before it leaves us — though once it’s on its journey, we can only keep our fingers crossed that it arrives safely in your hands.

Free shipping is available for UK orders only. International shipping is available, with delivery fees varying by destination. Shipping costs will be confirmed during order confirmation.

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 by default unless you request a different service. Orders will be dispatched at least 3 days before your required delivery date. For international orders, we use Royal Mail International Tracked or International Tracked Heavier, depending on parcel size and weight, and will be dispatched at least 5 days before your required delivery date. Customers will receive an email from Royal Mail with tracking information once the parcel is dispatched.

Please note that while we aim to dispatch and deliver orders on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs processes. Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including postal service disruptions, adverse weather, public holidays, or international customs procedures. Customers are advised to allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons.

All orders are non-refundable. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted. Each flower from The Floriette is 100% handcrafted using chenille stem, making every piece unique. As a result, the final product may vary slightly from the images due to differences in flower angles, lighting during photography, and the wrapping paper, ribbons, or accessories used. However, the finished item will closely resemble the displayed design and maintain the same overall style and quality.
