All items are carefully and securely packaged, with cable ties used to keep everything in place and reduce movement during delivery. We do our very best to protect your bouquet before it leaves us — though once it’s on its journey, we can only keep our fingers crossed that it arrives safely in your hands.

Free shipping is available for orders of 2 items or more. For single-item orders, shipping fees will apply and will be communicated during order confirmation.

All orders are non-refundable. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted.

Each flower from The Floriette is 100% handcrafted using chenille stem, making every piece unique. As a result, the final product may vary slightly from the images due to differences in flower angles, lighting during photography, and the wrapping paper, ribbons, or accessories used. However, the finished item will closely resemble the displayed design and maintain the same overall style and quality.
